Again, we DO NOT endorse the method. We think the method is illogical and unacceptable in real life situation. But it is interesting to just to know.
Base on the example given in the article, the person needs RM6,738,831 at the age of his retirement. Just think,
- would you rather to use this money to buy rental properties that give you RM300,000 per annum (5% return)? OR
- would you rather to keep such money in "retirement fund" that would deplete when you withdraw for your monthly expenses?
